Baton Rouge, La - Nine survivors of the deadly 2017 explosion at PCA were awarded $104 million dollars. 

Alexandria, La - On Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at approximately 1:15 AM the Alexandria Police Department responded to the 3900 block of Clark Street in reference to gunfire.  Officers located four vehicles and one residence that had been struck by the gunfire.  No injuries were reported.
